Next Day Delivery

J&T Express Standard Delivery
Fee: RM 9
Delivery Time: Estimate 2-4 days.
A tracking link will be sent to your email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Please note, if it is a weekend or public holiday, it may take a bit longer to arrange shipment with the courier.
If delivery fails: J&T Express will make multiple attempts to deliver the parcel to the address listed on the shipping label. If the recipient cannot be reached, J&T Express will try to deliver the parcel a few more times. If after three delivery attempts the parcel is still undelivered, J&T Express will return it to us. We will then issue a refund to you after deducting the delivery fee.

Ninja Van/Ship to East Malaysia
Standard delivery:
Fee: Peninsula Malaysia RM 8, East Malaysia RM 15
Estimated Delivery time:
Peninsula Malaysia: 2 - 4 days
East Malaysia: 5 - 8 days

If delivery fails, the driver will make another attempt on the next working day. Ninja Van will make a total of 3 delivery attempts (first attempt followed by 2 re-attempts). If all 3 attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us. We will refund you after deducting the delivery fee.

COD Options
- For orders RM120 and below: Select “Cash on Delivery (Below RM120)”

‣ Additional cash handling fee: 4% of total bill
Important Notice
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:
- Incorrect COD option selected
- Delivery address is a hotel
- History of COD cancellations
- Incomplete or unclear delivery address
- Requests for delivery at a specific time or date
- Multiple COD orders placed simultaneously
General
We do not offer Grab delivery or lalamove.
Payment confirmed before 3pm Monday to Friday, your parcel will be handed to courier on the same day
Delivery time is an extimate, not guarantee. During busier times of the year, it may take a little longer.
After completing the bank transfer, please email us to inform us of the transaction. This will allow us to proceed with processing your order promptly.
If you need to change the delivery address, you can do so as long as the parcel has not been handed to the courier. Please contact us to make the change.
