Delivery time-frame
Delivery will take 2 to 4 days with Ninja Van.Please take note if paymrent confirmed after 3pm on Friday or publc holifay eve, your parcel only will handle to courier on Monday or next working day. We strongly recommend you place your order before 5 days of your check in

Provide Local Contact Number
Please provide a local contact number for us to arrange shiping in courier system. Youcan use your hotel contact number if you dont have a local contact number. In the meantime, please write your actual whatsapp number in the delivery note. We will inform courier update the delivery status to your whatsapp.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for travellers or hotel guests.
This is because many travellers place COD orders but check out of the hotel before the parcel arrives. When the parcel cannot be delivered, it is returned to us, and we are still required to pay the courier charges for both the delivery and return.
Travellers and hotel guests are welcome to use our other available payment methods and arrange delivery to the hotel instead.
