Terms and Conditions for Cash on Delivery (COD)
Welcome to our Cash on Delivery (COD) service. Please review the following terms and conditions which apply to all COD orders. By choosing COD at checkout, you agree to these terms.
Cash Handling Fees:
- Orders RM130 and Below: An additional cash handling fee of RM4 will be applied.
- Orders RM131 and Above: An additional cash handling fee of 3% of the total order amount will be applied.
- These fees are charged by Ninja Van courier.
Order Cancellation: COD orders will be automatically cancelled without prior notice under the following conditions:
- Incomplete Address: Addresses missing essential details such as unit number.
- Non-Residential Address: Addresses not classified as residential.
- Failure to Provide Local Phone Number: Incomplete contact information.
- Previous Records of Unsuccessful COD Deliveries: Orders will be cancelled if there is a history of failed COD attempts.
- Request for Specific Delivery Date: We can only provide an estimated delivery date and cannot guarantee a specific delivery day.
