Are your products stocked in Malaysia or shipped from overseas?

Next Day Delivery- Fee: RM15 Peninsular only.Minimum spending RM100, Cost :RM15. Fully Term and condition-Here

J&T Express- Fee: RM 9, Delivery Time: Estimate 2-4 days.

Ninja Van- Fee: RM8, Delivery Time: Estimate 2-4 days.

Cash on delivery: Fee: RM8 + Cash handling fee RM5( orders RM120 and below) or 4% of total bill (order RM120 and above). Delivery Time: Estimate 2-4 days.

Ship to East Malaysia- Fee: RM18. Delivery Time: Estimate 5- 8 days. 

When will my order ship and how long does delivery take?

Orders paid before 3 PM (Standard delivery) or 12 PM (Next Day) Mon–Fri ship same day. Payments after cut off or on weekends ship next working day.

Do you offer same-day delivery or self-pickup?

We don’t offer same-day delivery, Lalamove, or self-pickup.

How do I track my order?

After we arranged shipment with the courier, we will send the tracking link to your email.

How is my order packaged?

Orders are packed in plain mailers with bubble wrap. Only your name and address appear—no product details.
Pesanan dibungkus dalam bungkusan biasa dengan bubble wrap. Hanya nama dan alamat anda dicetak—tiada maklumat produk.
订单使用普通邮袋加气泡膜保护。包裹上仅印有您的姓名和地址,不会显示商品信息。

What if I receive a leaking bottle?
Apa yang perlu dibuat jika botol bocor?
如果收到漏液的瓶子怎么办

DO NOT open or unseal the bottle cap.  Follow our claim guideline and send us the requested photo within 24 hours of receiving the item . 
JANGAN buka atau buka penutup botol. Ikuti garis panduan tuntutan kami dan hantarkan foto yang diminta kepada kami dalam masa 24 jam selepas menerima item tersebut. 请勿打开或揭开瓶盖。请遵循我们的索赔指南,并在收到商品后 24 小时内将所需照片发送给我们

How should I store the bottles after opening?
Bagaimana cara menyimpan botol selepas dibuka?
开封后的瓶子该如何保存?

Keep bottle upright, Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep cap tightly closed.
Simpan botol tegak,Simpan di tempat sejuk dan kering, jauh dari cahaya matahari. Pastikan penutup ditutup rapat.
瓶子直立存放,存放在阴凉干燥处,避免阳光直射,并保持瓶盖紧闭

How long do the products last after opening?
Berapa lama produk tahan selepas dibuka?
开封后能保存多久?

For best quality, use within a few weeks after opening.
Untuk kualiti terbaik, guna dalam beberapa minggu selepas dibuka.
