Eligibility | Kelayakan | 资格要求
- This service is available to customers in Peninsular Malaysia only.
- Orders must be RM 100 or above to qualify for Next-Day Delivery.
- A valid local contact number must be provided for the courier.
- Perkhidmatan ini hanya tersedia untuk pelanggan di Semenanjung Malaysia.
- Pesanan mesti berjumlah RM100 ke atas untuk layak bagi Penghantaran Hari Seterusnya.
- Nombor telefon tempatan yang sah mesti disertakan bagi tujuan penghantaran.
- 本服务仅适用于 马来西亚半岛地区 的顾客。
- 订单金额需满 RM100 以上 才可享受次日送达服务。
- 须提供有效的本地联系电话号码以便快递联系。
Cut-off & Processing |Masa Potongan & Pemprosesan| 截止与处理时间
- Orders must be placed and payment confirmed (including bank transfer notification, where applicable) before 12:00 pm (noon), Monday to Friday to be eligible for next-day delivery.
- Orders received after the 12:00 pm cut-off, or on Saturday, Sunday or the eve of a public holiday, will be shipped on the next working day and are expected to arrive on the second working day after dispatch.
- Your parcel may arrive at any time of the day; there is no guaranteed morning or fixed time slot delivery.
- Pesanan dan pembayaran (termasuk pemindahan bank) mesti disahkan sebelum jam 12:00 tengah hari (Isnin hingga Jumaat) untuk layak menerima penghantaran pada hari berikutnya.
- Pesanan yang diterima selepas jam 12:00 tengah hari, atau pada hari Sabtu, Ahad atau sehari sebelum cuti umum, akan dihantar pada hari bekerja seterusnya dan dijangka tiba pada hari bekerja kedua selepas penghantaran.
- Masa penghantaran mungkin berbeza; tiada jaminan penghantaran pagi atau masa tertentu diberikan.
- 订单与 付款（包括银行转账通知） 必须在 周一至周五中午12点前确认 才可享受次日送达。
- 若订单在12点后、周末或公共假期前一天下单，将在下一个工作日发货，并预计在 发货后的第二个工作日 送达。
- 快递到达时间不固定，无法保证上午或特定时间段送达。

- We use J&T Express Malaysia for all Next-Day Delivery shipments.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel’s status.
- Kami menggunakan J&T Express Malaysia untuk semua penghantaran Hari Seterusnya.
- Setelah pesanan dihantar, anda akan menerima nombor penjejakan melalui e-mel untuk memantau status bungkusan anda.
- 我们使用 J&T Express Malaysia（马来西亚极兔快递） 提供次日送达服务。
- 发货后您将通过电子邮件收到包裹追踪号码，以便随时查看物流状态。
Delays & Compensation | Kelewatan & Pampasan | 延迟与补偿
- While we endeavour to fulfil Next-Day Delivery, certain conditions (e.g., high courier workload, weather, remote area access) may result in delays.
- If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected delivery day, you are eligible for a RM 15 voucher from us as compensation.
- To claim the voucher, you must notify us of the delay within 2 working days of the original expected delivery date. Claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be considered.
- Walaupun kami berusaha untuk memastikan penghantaran esok, faktor seperti cuaca, kawasan luar bandar, atau jumlah pesanan yang tinggi mungkin menyebabkan kelewatan.
- Sekiranya penghantaran lewat melebihi hari yang dijadualkan, pelanggan layak menerima baucar RM15 sebagai pampasan.
- Untuk menuntut baucar, anda mesti memaklumkan kami mengenai kelewatan tersebut dalam tempoh 2 hari bekerja selepas tarikh penghantaran yang dijangka. Tuntutan selepas tempoh ini tidak akan diterima.
- 尽管我们尽力保证次日送达，但由于 天气、偏远地区、快递量增加等原因，可能会出现延迟。
- 若您的包裹未能在预计日期送达，可获 RM15 优惠券 作为补偿。
- 请在 预计送达日期后的2个工作日内 通知我们以申请补偿；逾期将不受理。

- The minimum spend, cut-off time and service area apply specifically to the Next-Day Delivery option.
- This service is separate from our standard shipping offerings. Please check our Free Shipping Terms & Conditions for coverage, area and thresholds.
- The voucher is redeemable in our online store on a future purchase, subject to any voucher-specific terms.
- All standard terms of sale, packaging, and claims for damage or leakage remain unaffected by this Next-Day Delivery service.
- Syarat perbelanjaan minimum, masa potongan dan kawasan liputan hanya terpakai untuk perkhidmatan Penghantaran Hari Seterusnya.
- Perkhidmatan ini berasingan daripada perkhidmatan penghantaran biasa kami.
- Baucar hanya boleh digunakan untuk pembelian seterusnya tertakluk pada terma penggunaan baucar.
- Semua dasar jualan, pembungkusan dan tuntutan kerosakan atau kebocoran tetap tertakluk kepada dasar sedia ada MYRushPoppers.
- 订单金额、截止时间及地区限制仅适用于次日送达服务。
- 此服务与标准运送选项分开计算。
- 优惠券可用于下次购物，须遵守相关使用条款。
- 所有商品销售、包装及漏液或损坏索赔政策均以 MYRushPoppers 的一般条款为准
